Indonesian citizen, born in Kab. South Nias, 51 years old, domiciled in Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia.

Completed his Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering at the Indonesian Christian University, Jakarta in 1997, Master's Degree in Sustainable Energy Studies Program from the Indonesian Christian University, Jakarta in 2020.

He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Decree of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No.138 dated 28 June 2023 made by Muhammad Kholid Artha, S.H., Notary in South Jakarta, with a term of office until the Closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in 2026.
